A Letter of Transparency to our Customers

Dear Finao Customers,

We know that our turnaround times and ETA’s haven’t been what they used to be. Due to moving our production facility a few months back, there has been an overwhelming amount of orders that have set us further back than we originally anticipated. Since then, our team has taken extensive measures to crank out your orders including extending hours, adding members to the team and training office members. These past few months have been incredibly overwhelming as we feel sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience and frustration that we have caused to our customers. We truly sympathize with all of your concerns and want nothing more than to deliver on our promises. Now that the holiday deadlines have passed, we will be prioritizing all holiday orders for the rest of the year. This means that any orders that were placed after each album deadline (excluding lab prints), will NOT be released into production until January 2nd, 2024. In regards to ALL the orders that were placed prior to the holiday season, your orders have been and will continue to be prioritized as well.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the stress that we have caused. We are doing all that we can as a team to right our wrongs and deliver on our promises. Thank you for your continued support and extended patience.
