Exciting things are happening at Finao Albums, and we want to share the news — we are moving to the mitten! We have always been a two-location company with production in New York and our customer service, tech, creative, and administration office in Michigan. Mid this year, we plan to consolidate at our current business headquarters near Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Being under one roof will increase our production space and offer many other benefits. We’re excited about the opportunities for increased efficiency, communication, quality control, and economy. Getting the updates you need for customer support questions will be quicker and easier.
We will move in planned stages during the mid-year slower season to minimize the impact on our customers and your orders. Excellent project management will require minimal downtime, and we’ll keep you informed about any temporary delays in delivery times. In the coming months, we will provide as many updates as possible to keep you informed.
Over the past 15 years, your loyalty has fueled our growth and weathered the Covid-19 challenges we faced. We are now thrilled for the opportunity to improve and expand our service to you, continue our legacy of handmade craftsmanship, and provide products that will stand the test of time as cherished heirlooms.
