
How is it October already?
2020 has definitely been a unique year. The usual busy season may look a little different this time, but we are ready to help you make it through with a smile on your face! This is definitely a good year to clear your backlog of albums for procrastinating clients.
We want to make sure you have happy and satisfied customers, who may be COVID-weary but will write fantastic online studio reviews. Let’s bring a little extra light to their holiday season by delivering your time-sensitive orders by Wednesday, December 23rd. To receive orders in time for Hanukkah celebrations please plan two weeks further ahead.
Here’s what you need to know:
- We’ve added a handy calendar download at the end of this post.
- Correct and complete orders must be placed NO LATER than 11:59 pm EDT on the deadlines listed below to ensure standard shipping delivery by Wednesday, December 23rd.
- If you miss a standard shipping deadline, don’t panic. We can accommodate late orders for most products if you choose expedited shipping at checkout.
- Now is a great time to try our “created in the USA” album design service. Just $100 can save you hours of valuable time. We’re still working on that final order date, so stay tuned and order early if your client is a slow decision-maker.
- The Seldex products we distribute ship to us once a week, all the way from Melbourne. They enjoy a long “Aussie-style” holiday break, so please be prepared that any orders placed after the overnight shipping deadline of Monday, November 30th may not arrive until mid-January. This year it’s not safe to include a Seldex expedited shipping guarantee because COVID occasionally creates delays in our shipments from Australia.
- International orders using FedEx are included in these dates. USPS international deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please allow plenty of extra time if you are choosing this shipping option.
- Specify one delivery address per order. WE CANNOT SPLIT SHIPMENTS.
- We can drop-ship directly to your client’s address for no additional fee.
- Samples do not qualify as holiday orders—we prioritize your client albums. For those with (virtual?) Bridal Shows coming-up in January, we recommend ordering fresh samples soon. We CAN make sure they arrive before your show—please write us a note at the end of your sample order specifying the January date you need it in-hand. We’ll do our best to meet that goal!

Album Design Service:
- All ONE designs must be fully approved by your client by Tuesday, December 1st.
- We recommend that you submit new holiday design orders by Monday, November 2nd.
- Designs requested from November 2-17th will be limited to one revision only.
- Design orders after Tuesday, November 17th cannot be guaranteed for delivery by December 23rd.
