Meet Tribeca, the fourth in our matted display box series! You loved Chelsea’s acrylic cover, so we’ve taken it a step further with our most dynamic design yet. Tribeca’s options offer a timelessness that complements every setting, from glorious vintage to dramatic modern
The three cover choices change Tribeca’s entire look and feel. At its simplest and most versatile is the standard cover—two layers of flush-cut crystal acrylic bound with nickel-finish corner studs. In this style, Tribeca becomes a display that can feature a different image whenever the mood suits. Construct Tribeca to mimic her namesake neighborhood by pairing a weathered leather box with the contemporary acrylic and nickel. Give her that singular mix of casual cool and insider allure.
For applications of a softer nature, choose an etched acrylic cover in the swirl and floral “Flow” pattern. A variety of additional etching patterns will be available soon or create your own. Or feature a cover photo with aged styling—use our downloadable template to sandwich a deckle-edged print between the cover layers.
The other choices that make your Tribeca one of a kind:
- Sizes – you asked for a larger box, and we listened. Tribeca comes in both 8×10 and 11×14 inch sizes. The 8×10 box allows 4×6 or 5×7 mat openings; the 11×14 box offers a choice of 6×9, 7×10, 8×10, or 8×12 mat openings.
- Mats – each of the 10 prints is permanently mounted in a conservation quality mat board or flush mounted on styrene. The 100% virgin alpha-cellulose mats are acid and lignin free for lasting quality and maximum artwork protection. All Tribeca mats have a 4-ply top mat and a backing board. Embellish the top mat with a v-grove accent that provides the illusion of an additional layer.
- Orientation – choose portrait or landscape cover imprinting of up to 35 characters. Studio logo imprinting on the back of the box is also available.
- Papers – showcase your prints with a choice of lustre, metallic, deep matte, and Hahnemüehle German etching papers.
- Material – as always, we offer more than 90 options of wood veneers, genuine leathers and suedes, vegan leathers, and textured fabrics.
- Lining – choose versatile black or white, with a coordinated satin ribbon.
